Captured revenue vs search demandGreen bar = est. revenue captured today (12-mo) · grouped by key architecture — the strongest driver of willingness to pay · each style has its own benchmark ladder calibrated to measured capture in that style · per-row toggle sets each model’s benchmark · tick = benchmark on saturated rows

Ladders and modifier recalibrated Sep 5, 2026 on 27 days of Selected Vehicle order data + 20 days of GA4 vehicle_selected dimensions (n=104 tagged orders, 764 tagged selections). All rows are now per-vehicle × per-product (no pooled family totals). Value modifier no longer supported by the data (R² 0.09) — still selectable for comparison, default off; enthusiast score R² 0.54, coefficient 5.31. Old-school and smart per-vehicle rows are selection-derived (1 and 5 tagged purchases) — directional until the Oct re-run. Ladder × modifier capped at 65% (the highest reliably measured capture). Benchmark ladders remain editable per key-style group (header of each section); avg used values ($ field) and enthusiast scores (S field, 0–100) remain editable per row. Demand = Google Keyword Planner, US 12-mo avg, battery/programming queries excluded; it also excludes the community channel that drives enthusiast sales (why saturated rows exceed 100%).
